About You.
Do you have 6-10 years prior experience of digital project manager experience preferably with agency consulting experience?
Are you able to quickly read a room and engage others?
Do you have knowledge of content creation for mobile/web/social (video a plus), large-scale web development, application development (gaming a plus), online advertising banners (including dynamic), and ecommerce site management?
Are you familiar with social influencer management, VR/AR/MR (Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality/Mixed Reality), AI/Bots?
APR are looking for a Freelance Digital Consultant to join us.
About the Role.
Overall responsibility will be Client consulting on digital and social projects. You will serve as an expert, validating and resolving Client resource and scope concerns while providing strategic guidance and support. You will work closely with Clients to define production guidelines, cost benchmarks, and communication best practices.
- You are a part of a team of production specialists and work directly with clients and their production partners, agencies, and in-house teams to maintain standards of production, vet production vendors, costs, review timelines and production approach for risk management with an understanding of client culture and needs. You will guide the client as a recognized expert, ensuring all needs are fully addressed and standards are met.
- Facilitates communication between client and partners to ensure successful production process and identifies process issues and impactful solutions. Understands marketing and production objectives and manages multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously. Supports and nurtures client relationships to help brands realize their business objectives.
- The Advisor is a mid-level position in APR's production consultancy. Advisor's are expected to understand APR's place in the project workflow from client brief to delivery and able to build on their expertise to consult on projects in their entirety. An Advisor will partner with members of their team and/or subject matter experts in other areas to complete project work. The Advisor can identify production-specific problems and help to identify solutions. The Advisor will track issues and solutions to report to team management. Moderate exposure to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day interaction with client/agency on individual projects.
- Updates senior team members on all project and agency issues.
- Recognizes project issues and recommends solutions.
- Contributes to the writing of individual Project Summary, Quarterly and Annual Reports.
- Working with Managing Advisor on insights and trends relating to the client account and external factors.
- Ensuring that any associated savings are validated against internal and client related methodologies.
- Shares knowledge with other team members.
- Monitors and posts knowledge and insights to APR production channels.
- Tracks all work hours in internal system.
- Fosters transparent communication and trust with client and agency.
- Supports and nurtures client relationships and helps them realize their business objectives.
- Enforces client policy, production guidelines and best practices.
- Help to identify production process issues and offer impactful solutions.
