About my client

My client started out as an augmented reality app for building designers and architects, it has now evolved into a 3D optimization and visualization powerhouse. It currently assists in supporting the biggest construction projects and digital twins of critical infrastructure.

In my client’s organization, they work tirelessly on our mission to achieve environmental sustainability by digitizing the built world. By developing technology and products that enable 3D BIM models to be used during construction, they help investors and contractors save time, money, and resources. By providing a platform for construction data to be merged with in-use operational data, they enable owners to monitor, benchmark and improve building performance.



More about the role….

● responsible for new customer acquisition and for cross-selling/up-selling to an existing customer

● build trust and cultivate relationships with potential and current customers

● understand customer acquisition goals and their technical requirements, maintain cutting edge product knowledge

● perspire the passion and curiosity for AR/VR/MR and other emerging technologies

● create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement and show its execution on daily bases


Qualifications and Skills

● Winner attitude is a must

● 5+ years of professional sales experience in a technology company, 2+ years in subscription based software platform sales is expected

● experience to sell to large and mid-size companies (typical stakeholders CIOs / CTOs)

● ability to spark curiosity in new technology and quickly develop relationships and establish trust with clients, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

● strong PC skills required

● experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision

● understanding of pricing policies, best practices in price setting and capability to dene and implement them

● analytical background with the ability to turn numbers into clear action plans
