Job Description Summary

Facilitate is seeking a high-calibre Head of Partner Growth to join our fast-growing business.  Working directly with our CEO and CXO, the new Head of Partner Growth will be responsible for generating new partnerships and driving partner-driven revenues worldwide.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the future of edtech / learning-tech and wanting to be at the forefront of shaping how people learn.  Love learning?  Love VR?  Then Facilitate could be the place for you!


Job Description

We’re seeking an energetic individual that thrives on identifying and securing collaborative business opportunities.  Key to the role will be leveraging and helping the CEO and CXO to evolve Facilitate’s existing Partner Program.  In addition to previous experience in selling partnerships, experience and an existing network in the edtech / learning technology sectors would be advantageous to being successful in this role.  Existing experience working with VR for learning or training would be highly regarded.


Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Work with CEO, CXO, Head of Growth Marketing and Sales team to:
  • Design updated customer and partner acquisition process
  • Design updated partner management process
  • Refine target partner persona profiles
  • Implement new partner acquisition process.
  • Lead development of database of potential partners to target.
  • Work with Marketing team to develop campaigns targeted towards partners.
  • Manage two partner pipelines in Hubspot.
  • Contact prospective partners to ascertain their interest.
  • Conduct business development calls and demonstration sessions with prospective partners.
  • Convert partner prospects into confirmed partners.
  • Work with CXO and CEO to support partners in their early onboarding journey.
  • Work with partners to develop complementary solutions for Facilitate users.
  • Work with CXO and CEO to manage partner relationships.
  • Work with Product and Growth teams about market needs regarding features, use cases, pricing and solutions.


Personal Qualities, Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required

Essential

  • 5+ years’ experience in selling software solutions, with experience in edtech and learning technologies strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience and success in securing partnerships and selling business applications in the B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, marketing communication, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to conduct presentations and demonstrations over the internet or in person to prospective partners.
  • Willing and able to travel interstate and internationally for industry events and partner management.
  • Experience working with customers and partners around financial processes, commercial partnerships and payment structures.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Thrives within a fast pace and evolving sector, with the drive to grow Facilitate’s impact and your own professional impact across the global learning sector.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of our team.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, respectful to others, flexible.


Highly desirable

  • Passionate about immersive technologies, virtual reality, and web3.0 highly advantageous.
  • Experience with using Hubspot or other market-leading CRM system as the record of truth for leads, activities and sales management.
