A global consulting group are looking for a Digital Learning Consultant to join their learning and development team. Our client works with leading business and societal partners, taking a transformational approach allowing organisations to grow, build and ultimately have a positive societal impact.

The role

Acting as Digital Learning Consultant you will be part of the Global Learning and Development team. As such, you will help shape first-class learner experiences for in person, virtual and on-demand learning. You will also be involved in translating needs into engaging learning products using your understanding of the learning ecosystem.

In this role a strong knowledge of learning design thinking is required alongside specialities in digital transformation in learning and development, immersive learning (VR/AR), learning strategy and innovation. Also, experience working with Learning Experience Platforms would be a huge benefit.

This is a maternity cover position, so you will be employed on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

What you’ll need

The ideal candidate would have the following experience:

• 8-10 years’ experience in a Learning Innovation, Learning Technology and/or Digital Transformation role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and learning design theory principles.
• Digital learning skills such as Learning Strategy & Innovation, Neuroscience, Immersive Learning (VR/AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Extensive experience working with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), Social Collaborative Learning Platforms and modern LMS’s.
• Working knowledge of emerging technologies.
