Who are we?

The View is a company that is preparing to launch a brand-new online platform to create, market, and sell Virtual Reality products. We are looking for highly talented individuals who want to join this journey!

The skill-set

• Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
• Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a first class VR platform
• Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision

The challenge

• Comfortable with the chaos of startup life - while showing initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility, enthusiasm and curiosity.
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Creating a product road map based on the company’s vision
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design & development
• Managing the product backlog - prioritising them based on changing requirements
• Supporting the team to develop user stories / initiatives
• Liaising with the internal team and end-users to deliver updates
• Leading meetings and product sprints

• Salary between €75,000 - €90,000 per annum dependent on experience

Requirements

• The location of this position is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
• This is not a remote position. You will work in the office in Amsterdam.
