They will have proven experience overseeing operations as well as human resources, finance, and communications. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. They will be driven by a desire to lead our business to maximum productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving China VIVERSE targets, business objectives and managing the P&L of China VIVERSE.
- Provide strategic and tactical direction to China VIVERSE and drive continuous improvement of the business result.
- Lead key strategic projects internally that have large financial implications on the various business segments and their own unique strategies.
- Lead the long-term strategic planning process for China VIVERSE, analyzing industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance.
- Form deep partnerships with external and internal business leaders and key functional partners to ensure synergistic collaboration.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience gained in a variety of leadership roles including at a top tier management-consulting firm and industry, in both strategy and corporate development roles.
- Knowledge and expertise in frontier science and technology like VR (Virtual Reality), AR (Augmented Reality) (AI (Artificial Intelligence) ect. and execution experience
- Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations.
- Simultaneously manage multiple initiatives on strategy and planning, ability to appropriately and effectively balance competing priorities.
- Inclusive leadership with background of building collaborative relationships.
- Ability to effectively leverage storytelling to articulate both the vision and the path to realize the vision.
- Ability to negotiate with key business partners for best outcome for clients and business.
- The entrepreneur experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills in both Chinese and English.
