Who are we?


The View is a company that is preparing to launch a brand-new online platform to create, market, and sell Virtual Reality products. We are looking for highly talented individuals who want to join this journey!


The skill-set


  • 8 years + marketing experience in a fast paced environment (ideally in tech companies - B2B or/and B2C - or agencies on tech clients)
  • Familiar with the newest tools developed across Web3, metaverses and 360 videos (preferred)
  • You have full-stack marketing skill set but have preferred ones that really make you stand out from the rest
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in marketing tools and methodologies
  • Proven ability for leading cross-functional teams
  • You strive on solving complex problems. You love to face strong challenges that can be turned into great opportunities
  • Ability to carry a concept from start to completion, and guide those on your team to do the same. Executing and delegating as needed.
  • A team leader with a taste of the unknown and the wish to explore the most unexplored paths
  • Attention to detail without missing the helicopter view
  • Strong time management and organisation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills - fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)


The challenge

  • Bringing your marketing leadership and acumen across different disciplines
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy for The View. You will own the demand generation plan and budgets that translate into pipeline generation, lead generation, and sales success
  • Work as a cross-functional team together with the other Team Leads to build the go to market strategy
  • Lead the marketing / communication / content strategy that helps to drive lead acquisition and product adoption
  • Management of outsourced teams and partners
  • Create, localise and optimise performance marketing campaigns. You will be in charge of developing ads and campaigns to the marketing department specific needs

This is not a remote position, the role is based in our Amsterdam offices.
