Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-creating and executing a strategy to drive brand/product recognition and client acquisition.
• Defining and leading Univrse global marketing and communication plan and ensuring execution at the local and international level.
• Handling and coordinating all internal & external communication aspects, including brand image, events, PR, fairs, contents, social media, digital marketing, partnerships, etc.
• Developing a full range of content (videos, articles, opinion pieces, etc.) and ensuring they reach the appropriate targets.
• Defining, analyzing, and monitoring KPIs (in terms of visibility, awareness, etc.) to follow and optimize marketing ROIs and contributions.
• Laying the foundation of Univrse marketing and communications team.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 

• Marketing, digital marketing or advertising Master’s Degree from a Business School or University.
• Previous experience at a startup, digital agency, consulting firm, technological company (soft or hardware) & proven managerial experience – min. 5 years of experience.
• International mindset.
• Business & solution oriented.
• Ability to master both communications and marketing aspects
• Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with differences between creative and technical teams.

MEETING ONE OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS IS A PLUS 

• Familiarity with organizational tools such as Slack, Trello, ClickUp or similar apps.
• Good or intermediate level of Spanish, French, German, Dutch. 

OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of XR technologies (VR, AR, MR).
• You can adapt quickly to changes and new requirements 
• Team player with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit 
• Available for periodic work-related travel
