What You'll Do:

  • Work collaboratively with management, marketing, and sales team to define and execute projects, develop plans to drive sales revenue, manage expectations, communicate progress effectively to all involved, and deliver results in a timely manner
  • Assist the marketing and sales team in all aspects of executing site management and marketing operations for assigned territories
  • Build stable, long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers to increase consumer retainment and sales trajectories
  • Increase industry and organizational knowledge through daily business meetings and job assignments
  • Connect with guests to introduce them to Sandbox VR and its potential for meeting the needs of the guests
  • Work with guests to identify their requirements and expectations
  • Answer all guest related phone calls and emails in a timely fashion
  • Create bookings in our booking system per guest’s requests and Sandbox VR’s pricing parameters
  • Liaise with outside subcontractors as needed (i.e., catering, DJ, etc.) to ensure everything is in order
  • Generate outbound leads to drive interest in booking events at Sandbox VR
  • Analyze retail market trends to derive a cutting edge against the competition, increase brand awareness and improve sales margins
  • Day-to-day administrative work such as issuing invoices and collecting payments
  • Deliver a superior customer service experience to existing and prospective customers by establishing trust and a sense of comfortability
