ROSE is looking for a Recruiter with a passion for emerging and creative technology to our candidate screening efforts. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a solid understanding of the logistical aspects of recruiting technical talent. This person will be managing the top of funnel efforts including phone screening candidates using our guidelines/script, scheduling team interviews and managing candidate experience through hire.


We would like a candidate who can eventually move into sourcing for some of our more challenging roles but that will not be the initial ask. 


This is a temporary role that will be conducted remotely. We anticipate up to 20-40 hours per week for the next 8 weeks but the amount of hours will vary with the number of open positions we have. 


Responsibilities


As a Temporary Recruiter your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Managing the phone (video call) screening process for all open roles
  • Maintaining and improving the provided phone screen guides/scripts
  • Produce weekly reporting on candidate status, number of phone screens conducted and their outcomes
  • Schedule meetings with ROSE team for candidates who pass the phone screen and move through the process
  • Manage the candidates expectations and candidate experience by responding promptly and clearly to emails and keeping ROSE team aware of key deadlines/decision points in the hiring process
  • Manage the open roles in our ATS system JazzHR to ensure they are kept up to date with the status of the role and the candidate
  • Remaining aware of the happenings in the tech space, understanding the services ROSE offers and how our candidates can excel here based on the role


Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing phone screens and recruiting in a professional capacity
  • Comfortable communicating in a video call medium
  • Experience working in a fast paced Digital Agency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multiple levels of business and technical leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, while remaining detail oriented
  • A team first attitude 
  • Ability to be autonomous, open, and transparent
  • Solution oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Seeks out opportunities for self-development and continuing education
  • Solid understanding of and excitement about the immersive technology space (AR/VR)
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as actively contribute to project teams
  • Must love following processes and have an eye for detail
  • Excellent listening and follow up skills
  • Google Workspace applications experience required
  • Experience using JazzHR or a similar ATS
