ROSE is looking for a Recruiter with a passion for emerging and creative technology to our candidate screening efforts. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a solid understanding of the logistical aspects of recruiting technical talent. This person will be managing the top of funnel efforts including phone screening candidates using our guidelines/script, scheduling team interviews and managing candidate experience through hire.
We would like a candidate who can eventually move into sourcing for some of our more challenging roles but that will not be the initial ask.
This is a temporary role that will be conducted remotely. We anticipate up to 20-40 hours per week for the next 8 weeks but the amount of hours will vary with the number of open positions we have.
