Cella is looking for a remote Digital Operations Administrator, Workfront to join our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, for a long-term contract opportunity.


The Digital Operations Administrator will be joining the award-winning in-house agency at our pharmaceutical client. It is a full-service agency producing print, digital, augmented/virtual reality, and video assets. The organization is constantly evolving and is looking for a technical, data-oriented, administrator to work with internal teams and clients. There is a vast array of technology to manage, update, improve, and maintain.


The Digital Operations Administrator supports the Technology lead in the daily maintenance of Workfront (project management system), DAM development, and the network of servers, equipment, and software, for the agency to be equipped with the best-in-class tools and systems. They will also assist in the creation of reports and assist with data and analytics pertaining to KPI’s.


Responsibilities


  • Update and create User Profiles and Job Roles, manage team and group lists.
  • Maintain and create queue management to assure jobs are routing to correct teams.
  • Execute changes that may be required to custom forms, understanding the impact it would have to forms currently in existence, understand the active fields in the system to inform on future changes.
  • Hierarchy and milestone management within Portfolios, Programs, and individual projects.
  • Create and modify workflows for Proof.
  • Address timesheet issues and other system errors.
  • Report creation and dashboard configuration for internal teams and external clients.
  • Assist with the creation of documentation as changes to the system evolve.
  • Assist the Technology Lead with day-to-day server maintenance.
  • Process AWS support requests and administration.
  • Work with Librarian to assure DAM is functioning and workflows are aligned.
  • Collaborate with digital development team to help advance technology initiatives.
  • Assist with on-boarding new personnel and providing appropriate permissions.
  • Update technical documentation and SOPs as needed.
  • Can manage data from multiple sources.
  • Work with Microsoft PowerBI to create data visualizations.
  • Works with Operations team to help develop dashboards for agency.
  • Assist with identifying insights and conclusions based on large data sets.


Qualifications


  • BA/BS.
  • 5+ years system administration/support experience preferred.
  • 3+ years ad agency or in-house agency experience preferred.
  • 3+ years pharma or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Exhibits ability to gain deep knowledge in software and technology to advance our agency.
  • Writes and speaks effectively, can clearly articulate the team’s solution.
  • Listens well and incorporates other’s viewpoints.
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively.
  • Adept at incident management, and solution oriented.
  • Demonstrates thorough understanding of Workfront.
  • Demonstrates expertise in system administration.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively.
  • Demonstrates expertise in applicable applications and tools such as AWS, Cloud based SaaS, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Creates and maintains positive work environment.
