Job Title: Program Manager IV

Location: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, CA, and San Diego, CA. (Remote)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

Program Manager working with AR/VR programs, fast paced environment; must have worked in similar fast-paced environments (gaming, production, start-up, etc.) They will need to manage multiple programs and deal with external vendors to help deliver programs. Prepare status reports and related project documentation including project issue log and risk mitigation. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and software release process. Facilitate meetings as required. Manage project financials as required.Previous experience with Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) projects. Experience as Program / Project Manager leading software development teams. Led program / project teams using Agile methodology and leading Scrum/Kanban teams as a Scrum Master. Experience leading/managing 3rd party vendors and managing many concurrent programs / projects.

MUST HAVES:

  • 6-9+ years Program / Project Management or Video Game Producer Experience
  • Experience working on/managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Extensive knowledge of the discipline, with ability to see around corners, mitigate risk, and carefully plan ambiguous projects
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to work with lots of different types of people, and leverage relationships to solve problems in ambiguous situations
  • Skilled in participatory leadership, persuasion, and targeted communications
  • Experience within AR/VR Space (preferred not required)
  • Background in Video Game industry (preferred not required)
