Feeel is a first-to-market virtual reality (VR) technology, servicing the hospitality space. With VR technology and a full-service production studio, Feeel empowers hospitality properties to welcome guests and prospects to their property through VR, from anywhere in the world. By utilizing 360-degree 3D stereoscopic video footage, Feeel fully immerses prospects into a live environment; all from the comfort of their own homes. Feeel will be launching its consumer-facing product and listing app in early 2023, enabling guests to rent a headset from us and virtually self-tour properties and spaces, at scale.


Job Description

Seeking a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality or real estate. Looking for experience in building relationships from inception; by applying creative thinking, strategic planning, and structured execution to achieve successful outcomes. This person will be responsible for defining, managing, and leading the execution of the VR growth plan, working closely with key stakeholders in the business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced early-stage environment and know how to bring clear solutions, insightful leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to their team. Seeking candidates experienced and savvy in the hospitality industry and sales team management. Experience managing regionally distributed teams is a big plus.


This strategic leadership role requires an entrepreneurial mix of strategy development, exceptional project management skills, an awareness of various hospitality business models, and the ability to manage several high-priority objectives at any given time. We're looking for someone who is comfortable navigating corporate environments, but agile with a start-up mindset.


In this role, you will drive the sales of innovative technology services new to the market in the United States. You will be responsible for targeting a range of business types, inclusive of hotels, event spaces, restaurants, and vendors working in the hospitality industry. The immediate region you will be targeting will be New York-centric with swift expansion to national markets in early 2023. While this role will focus on business in the Americas and the Caribbean, you're expected to maintain strong relationships with our international business team to drive joint sales opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business leads and establish relationships.
  • Work with key stakeholders to assess sales quotas and customer acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with partners on a strategic level to develop innovative and high-impact relationships
  • Strategize, drive and implement sales process and prospect communication strategy
  • Train, mentor and collaborate with members of the team, and lead by example through hands-on outreach.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to understand processes and smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Be effective within the company culture, collaborating in a productive way with multiple teams across functions.
  • Travel as required to meet in person with prospective clients, team members and attend marketing events.
  • Most importantly – close deals and exceed sales plans.


Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management skills and strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Awareness of various hospitality business models is a plus
  • Understanding of and can coach the sales process, forecasting, and funnel management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Strong presentation skills both virtually and in person.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills; thriving in dynamic, unstructured, and fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to influence and lead
  • Problem-solving and team-building skills are required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the company's needs.
  • Ability to travel regionally approximately 25% of the time. Travel will be primarily in NYC/Hudson Valley/Long Island and Hamptons


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 8-10 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management, with a focus on team building and talent development
