Position: Digital Specialist - Corporate Learning

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 06+ months

Job Duties
  • The Digital Specialist, Corporate Learning uses advanced instructional design methods to deliver innovative learning solutions to the global Grifols learning community.
  • The Digital Specialist will work with subject matter experts to engage learners by enhancing the training experience and program effectiveness.
  • 50% Support development and testing of courses developed by Global Corporate areas for North America audiences by working with one or more of the following Corporate Teams:
  • People Experience Hub
  • Data Protection Office
  • Health Care Compliance
  • Information Technology
  • Corporate Quality
  • 20 % Develop e-learning courses and supporting materials for the Grifols Training Platform (GTP) LMS.
Courses Such As
  • Intro to GTP
  • Intro to GTP for Managers
  • GTP for administrators
  • Job Description project training for employees and managers
  • 15% Establish Digital Solutions in support of the global onboarding program through the design and building of the following digital solutions:
  • Global Learning Resource SharePoint for global learning teams
  • Global Onboarding Resource SharePoint
  • Global Onboarding Managers Resource SharePoint
  • 15% Develop Virtual and Augmented Reality experiences to compliment program offerings.
Experiences Such As
  • H5P alternate course development platform for developing e-learning, gamification, and additional functionality for all Grifols course designers
  • Storyboard and produce 2022 aseptic gowning VR experience
  • Storyboard and produce 2023 Quality and U AR experience
  • Test and introduce new technologies such as smart glasses, etc. and integrations with existing platforms (GTP/Campus)
Qualifications
  • BA or MS Instructional Design preferred but negotiable with years of experience:
  • Please have a digital portfolio that demonstrates your skills set
  • 6 years without BA or advanced Instructional Design degree
  • 3 years with BA or advanced Instructional Design degree
Specific Software Experience Needed
  • Articulate Storyline 3 or 360
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Digital course author ware and third-party platforms
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Experience creating and producing Storyboards.
  • Must have experience developing and testing courses.
  • Experience introducing and testing new technologies.
  • Must have experience integrating new technologies into existing platforms.
  • Previous experience providing training to employees/managers.
  • Experience developing e-learning, virtual and augmented reality, and gamification.
