Our client, a leading sports VR platform, is looking for a Community Lead that can manage community moderators (part-time contractors, deep in our community, but many still in school and inexperienced at the role), break down a diverse set of problems logically, and implement measurable solutions



What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience managing a Community
  • Strong analytical, problem resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaboratively arrive at solutions while working with all the stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of gaming industry
  • Passion for understanding our audience and creating great customer experience
  • Experience working with TikTok, Discord or other social media communities
  • Knowledge of Augmented or Virtual Realty is a plus (+)
