Architectural Visualization Project Manager

Employer

Job Description

Atlas Bay VR is a real estate visualization company that specializes in using cutting-edge virtual reality technologies to help architects and developers design, market, and sell future projects.

We are a close-knit, growing team of top talent. We take pride in what we do and love doing it. Everyone gets a voice in the process and has a significant effect on both the top and bottom lines. We covet our startup mentality that emphasizes personal ownership and job autonomy – leadership is about minimizing friction to success, not micromanagement.

We’re hiring a project & production manager to be the voice of the customer within our organization, responsible for the workflow, budget, and schedule of each architectural visualization project. Our ideal candidate is a pro at multi-tasking, can get in the weeds and still see the big picture, and is known for their ability to GSD. You will get to:

  • Communicate directly with the client to understand requirements and develop project scope
  • Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, making sure all milestones and deliverables are being met
  • Manage changing business & client priorities
  • Oversee the day-to-day work of our talented team of internal and contract artists and developers
  • Proactively identify challenges and present solutions to the rest of the team
  • Maintain and facilitate our architectural QA process to ensure the quality and accuracy of work product
  • Review client renderings and VR deliverables, providing quality and accuracy feedback to the teams
  • Ensure client deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards

Applicants must:

  • Be tech-savvy
  • Be able to read and understand architectural drawing sets
  • Have a self-starter mentality
  • Be hungry for growth
  • Believe in continuous improvement
  • Be willing to put the team above themselves
  • Not be afraid to speak up, say no, and work directly with (and sit next to) senior leadership
  • Be prepared to wear a lot of hats & thrive in a startup culture
  • Live in Atlanta

You will have a leg up if you:

  • Have experience with 3D design/modeling/architecture tools (ex. Unreal Engine, Unity, 3ds Max, Maya, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp)
  • Have previous sales experience
  • Have previously managed software based (non-manufacturing) projects

In addition to the tactical responsibilities outlined above, you’ll be responsible for the continuous improvement of the production process. Making sure projects run smoothly with excellent work being delivered on time and within budget is extremely difficult; having a process-oriented and repeatable workflow is a key factor in the success of our business. You will use your experience to suggest, implement, and own changes to how things get done.

Perks:

  • You will have the opportunity to build and shape your own team backed by leadership that truly cares
  • You will be joining a rapidly growing company at the ground floor
  • You will be working in a fun and supportive culture
  • You will actually have decision making power with the backing to execute on it
  • You will have access to paid time off, benefits, and matched retirement contribution plans
  • Atlanta Tech Village!
