IT Manager - High Growth, Nasdaq Listed, Virtual & Augmented Reality Company

The Glimpse Group (Nasdaq: VRAR, www.theglimpsegroup.com) is a diversified Virtual and Augmented Reality platform company, composed of multiple VR and AR software & services companies, and designed with the specific purpose of cultivating companies in the emerging Immersive Technology industry. We are growing quickly, and currently have over 200 employees in several locations in the US and internationally.

We are looking to add an IT Manager who will be responsible for building and managing our IT infrastructure, closely working with the Glimpse parent and its subsidiary companies to meet with their daily IT needs, establishing Company-wide best practices, formulating and implementing IT strategy and solutions, and communicating directly with the executive team. This is a leadership position reporting to the Company’s CFO & COO, requiring strategic, tactical and hands-on capabilities and strong drive.

Responsibilities:

●     Lead the buildout, management and day-to-day IT operations of a global IT infrastructure for a growing, global tech company.

●     Work independently and proactively, but also coordinate team activities

●     Develop IT strategy, processes and documentation

●     Domains and DNS Records Mastery

●     Maintain Emails + Groups

●     Maintain Websites

●     Maintain Subscriptions

●     AWS / GCP Knowledge

●     Office IT Management

●     Knowledge of Git

●     Security and Recovery

●     Hardware Purchasing and Maintenance

●     IDPS Management / Cisco Meraki

●     Experience in building and managing IT infrastructure

Location:

Preference for NYC/Tri-State area as our HQ is in NYC. We have a hybrid in-person/remote work schedule, but mostly remote is a possibility. You will also be working remotely with the other Glimpse subsidiary companies in the US and internationally.

●     Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per annum initial base cash salary, depending on experience
