Job Description

We are a non-profit association set up to empower and support women leaders in their personal and professional capacities through flagship events and conferences such as the Generation Female Global Summit, as well as educational content and the establishment of a global membership network.

Through our projects and platforms, Generation Female strives to create awareness of the gender burden shouldered by women, promote gender inclusiveness and equity, as well as combat gender-based discrimination in civil society and across different professions.

Our Summit

Held since 2020, the Generation Female Global Summit is a virtual conference designed to connect and empower a community of current and future women leaders from across the globe.

Featuring talks, panels and workshops by a diverse and international line-up of top women leaders and change-makers from multiple industries and backgrounds, the Summit seeks to forge an open and supportive community and conversation, where women can share, explore and learn together.

This year we want to make it different and innovative using WEB 3.0 technology (through VR platform) and we are looking for volunteers who have knowledge/experience/passion about virtual reality.
