Job description
You will be responsible for finding new talent to join our US team as we are looking for more people for all the innovations we are working on.
We are not just looking for someone to recruit tech talent, but someone with an agile mindset who can quickly adapt to the fast-changing VR industry and is able to pick up our culture quickly.

Expected responsibilities:
- Work closely with management and team leads to develop and understand their hiring needs
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to generate a talent pipeline through various sources including job postings, social networking on VR and other tech communities (Reddit, Discord etc.), in-person event networking, internet research, referrals, and direct recruiting
- Perform job analysis to document position requirements, define market-specific salary ranges, create job description, and post to appropriate channels
- Conduct interviews to determine candidates’ background, experience, salary requirements, and culture fit with the company
- Document and maintain all candidate information in our HR system
- Manage the administrative tasks associated with recruitment
- Provide updates and reports to management to keep them informed of candidate activity
- Take part in forming and maintaining positive employer branding in the US market
- Collaborate with the global recruitment team to create candidates attracting strategies
Expected profile:
- 1-3 years of experience as an HR manager or IT recruiter, recruiting for technical positions in a similar company
- Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Proactive with the self-managing mentality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Team player to work effectively with all levels of the organization working cross-functionally
- Interested in VR and other new technologies
