Team Introduction
The TikTok AR Platform enables visual effects and augmented reality experiences in TikTok's creation and consumption pipelines, including but not limited to creative video editing capabilities, camera filters, and AR camera effects. As a member of the QA team, you will be defining our product quality strategy and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our latest AR capabilities, graphics, audio and video algorithms.

Technical Assessment
Candidates who pass resume evaluation will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment in HackerRank.

Responsibilities
•Work on the entire system testing process, including but not limited to: analysis, designing and executing test plans and cases, and conducting defect tracking;
•Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks;
•Help implement test tools and collaborate with automation/performance test teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience
• Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Experience with coding in Python, Java, Golang
• Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications
• Curiosity towards new technologies and entrepreneurship
• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88560 - $142800 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
