We are looking for an exceptional Global Process and Systems Manager for our Global Supply Chain Team who will lead and implement an ongoing portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, simplify processes, and enable the MKS planning function to be more adaptive, and responsive in customer delivery. In this role, you will have accountability for cross-functional teams that will implement best practice processes and solutions that enable KPI improvements spanning demand and supply planning, inventory and capacity modeling, production scheduling, and supply chain risk mitigation.


As the Global Process and Systems Manager you will:

  • Develop working relationships with global materials planning, operations, supply chain, SI&OP and IT teams.
  • Leverage your expertise in value stream mapping and facilitation of subject matter experts to analyze and document current state, identify business pain-points, and design future state changes
  • Establish a formal business process governance framework to maintain end-to-end process performance within the organization
  • Be organized, have a collaborative style of working, and a proactive and critical mindset.


What you will bring to the team:

  • Expertise in leading incremental business improvements and acquired acumen in order fulfillment, materials planning and ERP item master data (Oracle, SAP).
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and analysis skills are crucial, as is the ability to synthesize complex issues, drive desired outcomes, and influence change with stakeholders across functions.
  • Success in this role will be measured through partnership with peers and leaders across sites and functions to successfully delivery the project portfolio, stakeholder/user adoption, and the achievement of targeted business or KPI goals.


Some other skills and requirements you would need include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field of study
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and experience in value stream mapping and business management methods
  • PMP certification and ability to manage and deliver projects in an ambiguous and changing environment
  • Domestic travel may be expected up to 15% with infrequent international travel as well

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA):

Salary Pay Range: $130 - $170k per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the salary range for this position, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
