We are helping one of our Virtual Reality (VR) start-up enterprise clients, hire their first Internationa Logistics Coordinator in the US to work with our client’s growing list of F1000 companies. This client was founded by Microsoft executives. They have a few different divisions, the one you would be a part of is their Corporate Enterprise VR Events division. This division is revolutionizing the way companies host internal and client events (offsites, conferences, team building, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely & safe sourcing, delivery/return, tracking, and management of all AR/VR headset* requests for onboardings, DEMOs, events, and experiences.
- Keep relevant internal teams & stakeholders up to date on the requirement status
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, amendments, and cancellations to orders on a timely basis
- Report on hardware and logistic operations status regularly
- Provide support & resolve issues on the device manager portal in case of any issues on headsets
- Track and manage headset stocks to always ensure healthy stock levels
- Find, manage, and build relationships with companies who provide AR/VR hardware and provide logistics solutions around the world (all time zones)
- Implement SLAs and cooperate with partner companies to ensure that customers receive their orders on time
- Resolve any issues that may come up with partner companies
- Track partner company performance and evaluate on a regular basis
- Implement & maintain an automated, seamless logistics operations system that is not dependent on individuals
- Implement, track, report, and improve KPIs
- Prepare & keep all logistics operational documents up to date
- Support sales, customer experience, and executive teams in all hardware logistic-related issues
- Manage & optimise P&L for logistics operations
- Continuously improve the processes and the way to delight customers
- Establish good operation practices to manage device logistics
- Follow industry trends and best practices, nurture the company with ideas & new solutions

Required and Preferred Experience:
- 4 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of industry experience
- International logistics experience in US and EMEA
- Experience setting up systems and workflows
- Customer focused
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Agile
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing, and active listening
- Very good planning and organizing skills, good with following up and tying all loose ends
- Self-starter personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Innovative in approaching problems and developing solutions
- Strong understanding of AR&VR product line and potential applications in related industries as well as storage and logistics processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, supply chain systems
- Experience with ERP platforms, and using parcel company platforms such as DHL, FedEx, etc. is a plus.
