We are seeking a Virtual Reality Art Animator on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs.


What You’ll Do


  • Create and push the craft of real-time and pre-rendered character and environment animation.
  • Work with the creative team to collaborate, pre-visualize, and create great animation for VR.
  • Work with the Engineers, Tech Artists, and Character Artists to push animation systems to the next level within the required technical constraints.


Must-Haves


  • 4+ Years of experience creating industry-leading, key-frame animation for games or real-time applications.
  • Experience creating gameplay locomotion animations and behavior trees.
  • Strong proficiency in Maya.
  • Strong proficiency in Unity, and C4D, a plus.
  • Real-time animation experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to receive and offer feedback.
  • Proficiency in Motion Graphics production in After Effects and/or Motionbuilder.


Education


  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.


Hours & Location:


  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote.
