From on-site assembly to technical support, Brightline activations are executed flawlessly from strategic concept through load-out. What This Job is About:


Brightline Interactive is seeking an experienced Unity Developer responsible for the web development projects for a best-in-class immersive technology company. This position reports directly to the Director of Immersive Solutions. This role may require travel for field activations. In addition to your core responsibilities, in order to be successful, the candidate must be an excellent problem solver, cool under pressure, and have the ability to identify, clearly communicate and solve hardware & software issues quickly.


Day-to-day, your role will include:

  • Develop sprint related tasks based on Agile Methodology
  • Collaborate with graphic design team on user experience design
  • Provide Producers with regular status updates on projects
  • Ensure all code is clear, commented where unclear, and committed daily
  • Unity development of VR simulation experiences
  • Proper Documentation 
  • QA/Testing
  • Other development tasks may be requested depending on developer skill set


Required Qualifications:

  • Mid to High-level Unity and C# experience
  • Virtual Reality development and testing experience
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to come up with best XR solutions for the client
  • Ability and willingness to pass a government security suitability background check
  • Experience working with multiple VR headsets i.e. Quest 2, Vive, Varjo, etc
  • Can translate functional specifications into VR experiences
  • Can create and Improve VR interaction based on multiple personas


Ideal Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working on government projects is a plus
  • Experience in 3D modeling and animations
  • Knowledge of Cloud Architecture
  • Past experience developing Augmented and Mixed Reality experiences using Hololens 2, Magic Leap, Tablet, and Mobile
