About the team

The Platform Operations team is dedicated to manage XR contents on Pico platform. The goal is to ensure smooth user experience with the variety of XR contents on Pico, and to help global publishing partners expand user base with Pico.

1. Oversee Pico's global app store operations;

2. Develop the store's resource spot strategy, application distribution strategy and revenue strategy

3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns in Pico Store, and responsible for activities operations;

4. Develop app store launch plan and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Active thinking, willing to innovate, attention to detail, and have strong communication skills;

3. More than 5 years of app operations experience, experience with gaming platforms and application store operations is preferred;

4. VR industry experience and team management experience preferred.
