We are recruiting a Change & Transformation Manager ideally located in London for our Extended Reality Solutions team, part of our IT function. The successful candidate will join our team and drive our mission to transform the way CBRE technical workforce learn, work and collaborate. While you may not be versed in all things AR/VR/MR, we are looking for a fast learner with fundamental change & transformation skills and have a demonstrated interested in Extended Reality Solutions.

The role is responsible for overseeing relationships and needs where XRS (Extended reality solutions) product / service have been deployed. This position will focus on design, develop and deliver customized strategic change management programs, business process redesign, culture changes, strategic shifts or workforce transformation for industry-leading clients.

Role Summary
  • Design methods & tools to develop and execute the overall XRS change & transformation strategy and detailed plan(s) for the full lifecycle of XRS product / service implementation.
  • Digital solutions to address the human factors affecting an organizations’ ability to reach its strategic objectives, including how the workforce is organized, how to define and develop the workforce, and how to cultivate, engage, evolve, measure, and incentivize the workforce.
  • Responsible for developing and deploying user adoption programs for XRS implementations
  • Develop and execute digital, data visualizations of our work products for clients, apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, and use assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
  • Ensures appropriate change management practices are effectively utilized throughout the lifecycle to improve execution and delivery of results. Ensures alignment of change plan with overall project plan and with other changes impacting the same groups.
  • Develops internal relationships with sponsors, business leads, program managers change champions and others impacted by the change.
  • Provides training on change management to project team(s), sponsors, business leads, change champions and impacted line managers as needed.
  • Monitors adoption during post implementation. Uses tools to identify root cause and remediate change resistance.
  • Creates and implements change plans to build commitment. Develops solutions, manages the change impact of initiatives, and identifies the resources and various disciplines needed to execute change.
  • Assesses & Analyzes change impact and readiness.
  • Employs proven methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and repeatable change management approach is embedded in program(s) and projects. Works effectively with project managers to support their efforts in managing projects for success. Learn business processes and is comfortable working with stakeholders to capture or re-engineer those business processes during projects to improve operations and increase the probability of project success.
  • Works with sponsors and key stakeholders to identify change barriers and devise strategies to overcome challenges. Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders and is able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Learns about the latest trends/experiences in XR/MR/AR, and experiments with them. Conducts research on the XR field by staying well-informed of the latest news, trends and shares learnings back to the team.
Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and proven experience in leading digital transformation teams for clients that have migrated from legacy technologies to new technologies (hardware/apps)
  • Proven experience in business development and/or proposal development in support of related specialty areas.
  • Must be passionate about disruptive technologies, understand consumer behaviour - ideally with exposure to Augmented/Virtual/Mixed Reality (AR/VR/MR), and willing to be part of the next breakthrough in human communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; high level of commitment to exceptional work quality.
  • Ability to communicate on a variety of levels (technically and non-technically) with people at all levels in the organization. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
