3D Generalist (Unity, VR/AR)

Location: Austin, TX.

WIN Reality has an exciting opportunity for an experienced 3D Generalist!

WIN Reality is a highly collaborative team focused on creating high-end experiences that allow athletes and coaches to virtually train, analyze, and improve their performance.

We are looking for an experienced 3D artist to join our software development team to work alongside Designers, Programmers, and other Artists. This role will be required to contribute to our growing asset library, VR application, mobile platform, and other products while clearly communicating objectives on deliverables and reporting progress to project stakeholders.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the ability to conceptualize, prototype, and implement polished and shippable artwork that is:

• Optimized for mobile platforms
• Technically tailored to function properly for non-static use
• Adherent to a visual theme

An acceptable portfolio will show an ability to:

• Create hard-surface and organic 3D assets
• Compose custom shaders with non-standard functionality
• Perform basic rigging and animation
• Adhere to a visual theme
• Quickly conceptualize ideas that capture the theme, feel and technical requirements of an asset
• Approach art design in a modular fashion
• Work in an organized, efficient manner

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in game, simulation, or training software development
• Solid understanding of the suite of art-related tools in Unity
• Shipped two or more titles in the same or similar role professionally

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on VR applications
• Experience working on mobile applications
