We are looking for an exceptional Senior Procurement Project Manager who will:

  • Develop comprehensive procurement project plans and manage all related implementation processes including resource allocation, progress and KPI tracking, training program, technical feasibility, and on-time delivery within budget constraints
  • Lead multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, deadlines, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Assess procurement department strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure goals are met in areas including internal stakeholders’ satisfaction and team member performance
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Produce accurate and timely reports of program status throughout it’s life cycle; regularly communicate and present project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members and bring solutions/opportunities
  • Travel to suppliers and other MKS facilities 10%-15% of the time or as required


What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

  • A Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years experience in procurement, supply chain and project management
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and ERP Systems like Oracle and SAP
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills required to work effectively with all levels of the organization and suppliers and/or external customers


As MKS is a federal contractor, it must comply with the Biden Administration’s federal contractor vaccine mandate if it is reinstated by the courts. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA):

Salary Pay Range: $130 - $170k per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the salary range for this position, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
