Field Support Engineer - VR/AR

Objectives of this Role
  • One of our Client is looking for managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction of VR/AR (Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality) applications.
  • Support Executives with demos of the technology and applications.
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management on customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and learnings from the customer experience.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.

Daily And Monthly Responsibilities
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
  • Work with Client’s Engineering and Operations team on a weekly basis to configure and deploy the SaaS platform and VR applications.
  • Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deployments are on time.
  • Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members.
  • Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for clients to demonstrate usage of Client’s Content Management Platform, Content recording application and VR/AR applications.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to help build customer references and develop case studies.

Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Entry Level with Bachelors in Engineering with interest in MedTech, customer relations, account management, and customer success.
  • Eligible candidates with 2-3 years of experience will be preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working across multiple customers in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Willingness to travel around the country 50% of the time.
