Responsibilities:


- Must demonstrate an understanding of technical art production and end-to-end modeling, UV Wrapping, texturing and rendering workflows.

- Fast turnaround on both hard surfaces and organic modeling is a must for a low-poly pipeline.

- Highly proficient in rendering workflow for realistic output.

- Highly proficient in Unity and/or web export pipeline (FBX/GLB). Ensuring characters & assets meet specifications provided by all relevant departments.

- Must have experience in working on realistic characters.

- Full understanding of texture map properties in relation to their shading and lighting qualities.

- Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.

- Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project.

- Know Rigging and Animation skills.


Requirements:


- Experience of successfully creating realistic characters, environments, virtual spaces, and 3D objects.

- Expert level proficiency in standard 3D software including game engines; Unity/ Unreal preferred.

- Strong working Knowledge of traditional Digital Content Creation tools (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Photoshop).

- Ability to understand color, visual compositions, and lighting.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A passion for learning new tools/techniques and open to exchanging knowledge.

- Experience in AR/VR/XR and or Game design is a definite plus.
