Responsibilities:Work with client subject matter experts and our in-house team of media specialists, programmers to design and write content that meets specific learning and on the job performance objectivesConduct training needs analysis to identify the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to complete job tasksDesign and develop blended learning solutions that benefit from your current experience while you learn, along with the rest of us, how to apply XR to optimize the blendWrite and edit blueprints, storyboards, video scripts, job aids, and other learning documentationManage multiple projects to achieve project goals and meet deadlinesQualifications:2+ years of instructional design experienceShare a portfolio of relevant, professional workAttention to detail and accuracy; high level of commitment to exceptional work qualityExperience/knowledge of the automotive industryExperience with Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate is a plusExperience developing training for X Reality (VR/MR/AR) is a plusPassion for learning and working in a fast-paced, innovative environment is an absolute requirementSend Your Resume: jobs@cranemorley.comAbout CraneMorley :https://www.cranemorley.comhttps://mixedreality.cranemorley.com/CraneMorley was founded in 1991 as a pioneer in performance-based learning for the enterprise.
