Job Description
The role will have the freedom to set the long-term strategy for delivering partnerships and managing partnerships at scale to reach all of our audiences and empowering the users - be it small businesses, creators, developers or job-seekers.
Partnerships Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of program and partner strategies, messaging, and execution (specifically for job-seekers and XR creators)
- Set and achieve success metrics related to reach, certifications, job outcomes, and product adoption for job-seekers, AR and VR creators
- Define the next stage of our strategy for skills and training for enterprises using VR
- Establish meaningful relationships with partners - including creator and developer organizations, edtech companies, university partners, job-seeker organizations - and demonstrate deep expertise in guiding and ensuring excellence in execution
- Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business and technical issues and serving as an internal advocate for the work
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch partnerships and offerings
- Represent Meta in a variety of public settings, both online and at in-person events and engagements
- Collaborate with key cross-functional teams to ensure that the strategies we build together are the best possible approaches for our audiences and support the goals of key internal stakeholders and of the Meta brand externally
- Partner with cross functional teams and industry leaders that derive data/insights that can help to drive the adoption of our learning experiences among these new emerging cohorts using quantitative and qualitative data
- Regularly review and evolve programs with stakeholders to maximize quality of programs and nurture relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience of educational technology and personalized learning programs
- Experience operating within, influencing and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Project management experience
- Experience and knowledge of the XR industry and determining future strategy
- Experience executing at scale in sales, marketing, partnership programs, or related areas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within and representing a global organization
- Experience with stakeholder influence and relationship management
- Analytical experience with an orientation for making data driven decisions
