Who You’ll Work With:

We manufacture one of the world’s most extensive portfolios of connected products, including Advanced Services, Servers, Storage, PCs, tablets, smartphones, and workstations, as well as augmented and virtual reality, smart home office solutions, and software. In this role, you will be supporting both our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Intelligent Device Group (IDG). ISG is innovating the future-defined data center, today. From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servers, storage, networking, and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers. IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions.

What You’ll Do…

As a Lenovo Corporate Client Executive, you will drive our large enterprise account teams through the development and execution of account strategies by leveraging the entire Lenovo Solutions and Services portfolio. The ideal candidate processes sales tenacity, business technical acumen, operational excellence, and entrepreneurship to build and drive technology sales with a business outcome-based approach.

This person is experienced in working and leading cross-functionally within a matrix environment including sales peers, product development, marketing, services, and supply chain. As a leader, you should have command and the ability to influence at all levels throughout the organization, externally with customers and potential partners by your industry expertise. You will have the capacity to guide and develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry and distill this understanding into simple, straightforward solutions that make a clear difference to the customer’s business.

The Client Manager is responsible for delivering world-class customer experience and account go-to-market strategies. You will be responsible for researching and implementing new initiatives to drive revenue and lower operating costs while driving solutions that are competitive and delivering excellent customer support. You will also be monitoring the annual budget elements across the entire Lenovo portfolio (Infrastructure Solutions, Intelligent Devices, Smart Verticals, and Services portfolios) and ensure that financial targets are met.

Basic Requirements:
  • BA and 10+ years of client leadership experience required
  • Exceptional Technology acumen focused on how IT transformation can address business challenges
  • Excellent business and financial acumen required
  • Some travel required (:50%)

Preferred Requirements:
  • MBA and extensive experience developing technology-led solutions with very large enterprise clients
  • Proven success interfacing and building relationships at the C-Level with the client, industry, and within Lenovo
  • Work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within very large and complex financial organizations
  • Achieve company growth projections and targets in a dynamic and competitive environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • The position can be home-based.
