Objective of Digital Asset Production Manager: Helps the company produce high-quality digital assets in Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality from partnered athletes and entertainers.

Digital Asset Production Manager Duties:

• Owns and manages digital asset production
• Formation and execution of production plans
• Maximization of product quality in augmented reality and/or virtual reality
• File optimization for point-of-purchase platforms / NFT marketplaces
• File optimization for social media platforms - Discord, Telegram, Twitter
• Strong communication with leadership, staff and key stakeholders
• Ensures that asset production is cost effective, on time, and high quality
• Proactive role in improving all aspects of company's product offering
• Reporting in English

Language Requirement: English Speaking & Writing (required); Spanish Speaking & Writing (optional)

Skills & Qualifications: AR/VR Content Development; Production Planning, NFT Minting & Marketplaces; Project Management (using BaseCamp); User Experience; Process Improvement; Social Media Content; Written & Verbal Communication

Preferred: Knowledge/Experience in Sports & Entertainment

Reports To: President / CEO

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Initially, this role is part-time (10 hours per week) and will not be compensated through a standard salary. As a start-up that is actively acquiring new growth investments, this position will earn equity and digital assets on a monthly basis at a rate that is commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Upon sufficient capitalization (later this year hopefully), this role will transition into a full-time paid salary position.
