Hybrid Remote Position

Come help us create the future of enterprise learning and on the job performance support.

We are looking for a natural leader with strong presentation skills and a passion for helping clients adopt the latest technology in partnership with Microsoft and other mixed, augmented, and virtual reality innovators.


Your Role

You will be trained to facilitate our workshops that enable clients to get the most value from the latest XR tools.

You will introduce clients to new technology such as the Microsoft HoloLens2 and powerful applications that enable "see what I see" expert support without travel and learning new skills in much less time, both in the training center or on the job. You will do this virtually through the Teams platform, at client locations and in partner venues such as the Microsoft Technology Centers. 

You will also have the opportunity to learn mixed reality content creation with no code tools such as Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Guides.

Because we work closely with partner development teams, you will have early pre-release access to the latest applications which we often share with clients and return their feedback to developers.

Remote Position

You can perform virtual assignments from your home office leveraging CraneMorley's digital technology platform. You will also be called upon to travel as much as 50% of the time, depending on the opportunities and future situation.

Agility is the name of the game as we drink from a firehose of new features from Microsoft and our other technology partners. Each improvement provides the opportunity to engage our clients to share the excitement to build long term relationships as they scale the technology in their organizations.


Responsibilities

·        Learn our transformation narrative and point of view and apply it to create clarity in the confusing X-Reality landscape – help clients determine the right tool for the job when they are considering mixed, augmented, and virtual reality

·        Perform live virtual and in person demos of the latest X-Reality hardware and cloud applications; we will train you

·        Facilitate solution creation that that achieve the ROI necessary to drive adoption

·        Present and lead executive roundtable discussions and industry event presentations

 

Requirements

·        Strong virtual and in person presentation skills

·        Facilitation experience as an instructor, ideally in the technology space

·        Consultative approach that builds client relationships through trust

·        Fundamental understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles

 

Desirable

·        Demonstrated experience applying X-Reality or other learning technology innovations to transform traditional training strategies

·        Instructional design experience with enterprise learners

·        Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology stack, especially mixed reality

·        Experience leading virtual reality projects developed with Unity or Unreal, delivered on Meta platforms
