About the team
The Platform Operations team is dedicated to manage XR contents on Pico platform. The goal is to ensure smooth user experience with the variety of XR contents on Pico, and to help global publishing partners expand user base with Pico.
1. Responsible for the daily operation of VR games, including data analytics, daily operation event planning and execution, etc.;
2. Responsible for the evaluation of VR games, industry dynamic monitoring, and generating output relevant reports;
3. Assist QA and SDK access related issues, help developers complete optimization, and fully participate in the whole process of the game from start to finish;
4. Facilitate and customize clear game rating standards and corresponding operating plans.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with gaming community and skilled in business communication ;
2. Bachelor's degree or above;
3. More than 3 years of game operation or game-related work experience, Internet operation experience is preferred;
4. Passionate about games, have good understanding of the gaming industry and user characteristics and preferences;
5. Data-oriented and results-oriented. Have analytics and problem-solving skills. SQL or Python programming skill is a plus;
6. Ability to learn quickly with a strong understanding of current gaming trends.
