We are looking for a passionate, team-oriented, and highly motivated Experiential Marketing Manager. This role will report to the head of experiential marketing and lead experiential marketing activations and campaigns in industry, partner, customer, and employee engagement events. The Experiential Marketing Manager will operate and execute cross functionally with sales, partner success, product, program management, operations, marketing, legal, and finance to lead strategy and execution planning for events and experiences that achieve or exceed objectives and that scale humanely. The ideal candidate will have outstanding marketing acumen, demonstrated success driving cross functional project teams or workflows to consensus and execution, with the skills to execute multi-channel marketing plans focused on delivering audiences and meeting campaign, team and company objectives for events.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with the head of experiential marketing on Osso’s overall event and industry conference strategy, producing key industry events, planning event logistics, vendor management, and maintaining pre- and post- event communication
  • Lead event and experience strategy, planning and execution in one or more pillars of Osso experiential marketing: partner, industry, virtual, employee engagement
  • Project management, scheduling and execution including event logistics, researching venues, and exhibition space, travel, staffing, transportation, and development of creative, fulfillment, sponsorship, and promotion plans
  • Serve as an subject matter expert or practice leader in one or more areas of data/technology management, including, secure event registration, lead capture, virtual engagement, and more. Manage registration and technology integration on all assigned projects
  • Continually assist in measuring and optimizing program performance; help identify and report on relevant qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure events and campaigns, track ROI and produce consistent, clear reporting
  • Manage the creation of event creative assets working in collaboration with the broader marketing and sales teams

This is the right opportunity for you if you:
  • Have 8+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event or field marketing, partner marketing, medical education, demand generation, or sales enablement
  • Have managed trade show exhibits, internal or external events, and speaking engagements
  • Able to pivot quickly from strategy to execution, working seamlessly across organizations and teams
  • Are highly organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities at once and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with leaders and contributors to inform or influence

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, virtual event programs or technology events
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous experience using event marketing/registration platforms; Hubspot and Salesforce a plus
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and the role of events in generating leads and accelerating deals
  • Results driven with strong analytical skills
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office, Cloud Computing
