EON Reality, the world leader in XR technology for knowledge transfer, is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with 3-5 years experience in the field to create videos, graphics and branding design. The employee will be responsible for designing, managing, and editing new and existing visual materials for the entire international company. The employee will be a core part of the marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the sales and product design teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create videos demonstrating and promoting the products
• Design graphics and images for use both in print and online
• Maintain appropriate branding and visual identity for the company
• Discuss and pitch new ideas for visual campaigns
• Ensure that every visual aspect of the company is up to expectations
• Identify new marketing channel strategies and tactics to encourage business growth

Necessary Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in visual marketing and graphic design
• Ability to bring both scripted and organic videos from storyboarding to completion
• Strong knowledge of photo and video editing programs such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with maintaining, curating, and updating an existing global YouTube channel
• Self-motivated and focused on driving results in a proactive manner
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Able and willing to work on a global schedule when necessary

Desired:

• Digital marketing experience including social media, PPC, SEO, and more
• Marketing experience for technology (particularly SaaS) companies
• Experience in sales or marketing for educational, enterprise, and government sectors
• Experience developing co-marketing and branding programs with partner companies
• Knowledge and skills for updating, maintaining, and enhancing a Wordpress-based website
• Multilingual and familiar with various international cultures
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global working environment
