Job Description
The VR Art Team is looking for an Art Producer who is passionate about creating a cutting-edge virtual reality experience. The Producer will establish and maintain operational procedures, manage art pipelines, scope and provide schedules, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders. We are focused on building people-first VR experiences. We believe that Virtual Reality will help define the future of online interaction and we can't build that future without you.
Art Producer Responsibilities:
- Engage with Art team to define the art components, scope, and goals for key features within our various projects
- Initiate and manage vendor contracts/purchase orders
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals and project requirements for product features
- Establish and create processes to help the art team run efficiently and smoothly
- Proactively identify and mitigate production red flags while executing against ambitious targets
- Consistently communicate with cross functional partners in providing schedules and timelines into the overall product development programs
- Manage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on visual targets and localized content
- Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with production toolsets (e.g. ShotGrid, Asana, Jira, Trello)
- Experience driving production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with 3D pipelines
- Interest for empowering creative teams to produce results
- 5+ years of experience in game development, film, or interactive media
- Experience working cooperatively with artists, engineers, product managers and designers
- Proven experience prioritizing and juggling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines
- Leadership, communication, and diplomatic skills
