Superside is looking for a multi-faceted Creative Leader who has a passion for cutting-edge craft and groundbreaking solutions that disrupts the creative landscape. Someone who has deep expertise in VR design, AR design, 3D design, and digital content best practices.

You will implement new skills and expertise to a creative organization, and deliver tech-forward, scalable creative solutions to brands such as Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, Redbull and Shopify. You will also lead and break ground with new technology and innovative ideas for our more adventurous customers.

What You'll Do
  • Build new creative capabilities/skills, materials and processes within Superside from scratch in the realm of 3D design, VR and AR design as well as digital content best practices
  • Provide high-quality training, upskilling and mentoring to a globally distributed team from different backgrounds to apply to a wide range of global brands—Within these new capabilities
  • Generate growth through innovative, strategic thinking with a focus on business results—evaluate and prioritise based on the best Return on Investment
  • Build a team of amazing talent to support New Horizons
  • Collaborate with other departments to build empathy, problem solve ideas and troubleshoot processes regarding new creative technology
  • Stay ahead of the curve by actively exploring and researching new creative technology in the realms of 3D, VR, AR, and digital content best practices and beyond

What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Degree in Creativity, Communication, Technology, or similar
  • Tangible proof designing, implementing, using, rolling out, and upskilling departments on new creative technology
  • Deep expertise in 3D design, AR Design, and VR Design, including Unreal Engine, Unity 3D, Adobe Aero/Substance
  • Solid understanding of how to best utilise (or avoid) cutting-edge creative across digital platforms
  • Expertise in how to leverage scalable solutions such as Lens Studio and similar
  • A solid commercial perspective, and the ability to evaluate and prioritize strictly based on Return on investment
  • Data-driven, structured and action-oriented. You get things done and you measure your impact
  • Proven results as a world-class leader in an international top-tier, high-pace, and fast-growing environment
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and group discussion abilities
  • Structure and operational excellence—strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and customer accounts, delivering top-quality creative work and processes
  • Passion for mentoring and training other people towards excellence and success
