Job Type: Partner (Unsalaried)

Job Experience: 1 - 5 years

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D assets/environments that meet the needs of the product and craft rich experiences for our users
• Design user interface for AR and utilize strong user Interface/ visual / Interaction design skills to deliver design specifications to developers for implementation
• Articulate design thinking with a strong rationale based on market trends and usage data. Deliver high-quality design outcomes with Figma, ARKit, Unity, and other design tools.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with a passion and curiosity for AR, building with new technologies and making things better for people
• Proficient in iterative UI/UX design, and feature development in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience prototyping for and collaborating on spatial/immersive design problems (VR, AR, game design, ARkit etc.)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be creative and think outside of the box

Preferred Qualification

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for using emerging technology and data and user insights to solve unmet user needs
• Interested in Augmented Reality, metaverse, and NFT. 
• Understanding of 3D, AR, or XR content principles and hands-on experience working with one or more 3D engines and/or APIs, such as ARKit/RealityKit, Unity, Unreal
• Experience with rapid prototyping and fast iteration through feedback and user-testing
• Mastery of 3D tools such as Cinema4D, Blender, Maya
• Experience collaborating with design, engineering, and product management team
