Summary

We are looking for someone who collaborates well cross-functionally, is highly organized, and can lead a project from planning to execution. Familiarity with QA testing, gaming, localization, software development, and/or project management is preferred.

The Product Insights team drives measurable product impact by delivering in-market and language insights at scale. As a Localization Testing Coordinator, you will set up and run tests to ensure our products are wholly translated and linguistically accurate based on in-product context.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage localization testing. Ability to complete and create basic test plans for our linguists.
• Communicate timelines and test results across our main partners: Localization Program Managers, Language Managers, Engineers, QA, and Content Designers.
• Find current pain points in our workflows and tools, and implement any process improvements
  

Skills

• Experience working in Localization, QA, or Project Management
• Track record of getting products launched in a large set of locales
• Ability to prioritize and escalate i18n bugs, and working with product teams to ensure fixes are done before launch
• Experience in task prioritization, ability to identify problems and work towards solutions
• Understanding of common challenges with developing for international markets
  

Preferred Qualification

• Background in gaming or AR/VR
• Experience in hardware testing
