(UII), is building an organization of highly-motivated, talented and skillful AI and Imaging experts and software developers to strengthen our R&D power and address the need of our innovative products in the USA market. We are looking for multiple levels of researchers and engineers who can strengthen our R&D assets in digitalizing Healthcare and looking into future Healthcare technologies. The successful candidate will approach technical challenges enthusiastically, exhibit a strong desire to learn and apply new technologies to exciting real-world problems to define the future Healthcare. He/She will show a proven ability to work on challenging and practical problems together with a talented R&D team.


Qualifications

•MS/PhD degree in computer science, computer graphics, computational mathematics, or equivalent field

•Demonstrated track record in defining and leading research in computer graphics, physics simulation, XR(VR/AR/MR), etc.

•3+ years of experience working in a modern software development environment, including unit testing, source control, and CD/CI, etc.

•Technical knowledge across topics, including computer graphics, machine learning, physical simulation, etc.

•Subject matter expertise, as demonstrated through publications, patents, and shipped products

•Interpersonal skills with the experience collaborating well and work across teams


Responsibilities

• Research and develop computer graphics and simulation algorithms or solutions;

• Extend and improve company's existing algorithms and libraries;

• Work closely with interdisciplinary colleagues and management to develop company assets in computer graphics, physical simulation, XR(AR/VR/MR), etc.;

• Conduct cutting-edge research and transfer research results into real-world applications;

• Establish strong relationship with potential customers and clinical partners;

• Collaborate with other team members and contribute to a nice team-working environment;

• Mentor MS/PhD interns as well as collaborate with external academic groups and internal interdisciplinary colleagues to advance our research goals
