Expected compensation: $83.00 - $102.00 per hour

HireArt is helping the world’s largest social network hire a Production Program Manager to help identify, design and implement efficient and effective solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing product roadmaps, providing summary reporting to key stakeholders and improving the efficiency of various processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, strategic/tactical execution of business processes, a keen understanding of project management in critical environments and experience with software development.

As a Production Program Manager, You'll
  • Build programs that ensure consistency across Enterprise collaboration through the development/implementation of consistent business processes in an environment of rapid growth.
  • Continually review operational/business issues and help determine where process improvements are required.
  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders to review and improve business processes.
  • Provide leadership for production resources to deliver results and to enable them to adapt to improved production processes while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain program-wide forecasting models and metrics.
  • Partner with the company's collaboration application managers to drive product adoption.
  • Ensure standardization of workflows/processes and work with service support organizations to ensure compliance with the company's KPIs and SLAs.
  • Define requirements/specifications and drive development/adoption of tooling, reporting and infrastructure.

Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in project/program management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space
  • Experience developing real time 3D content for Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, XR, Mixed Reality for immersive learning, gameplay, or similar commercial implementations
  • Experience working in or with an Enterprise IT department
  • Experience with all phases of program management from kickoff to operationalization
  • 3+ years experience in project management with process improvement/optimization for software development or digital media production
  • Proven experience leading teams of 25+ production staff in global projects and project management of multiple concurrent projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge of work/resource modeling tools for management of a growing portfolio of projects and a team of producers
  • Experience working in a large cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with facilities and/or virtual facilities is preferred
  • Experience with Learning & Development for adults and enterprise users is preferred
  • Experience with deploying wellness to employees of a large company is preferred
Commitment:This is a full-time, 12-month contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be available to candidates local to Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Houston, TX and Denver, CO areas.
