Title: Digital Manager IV/ Content Project Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD/ Boston, MA/Houston, TX /Los Angeles, CA and San Diego, CA

Duration:12 Months Contract


Summary:

The main function of a Content Project Manager is to develop and execute marketing strategy and deliverables across the VR Media Content team. The role entails organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling content to increase engagement with media on AR/VR surfaces, and requires strong organizational skills as well as a creative mindset.


Responsibilities

• Manage digital asset production and workflow, secure internal and external approvals, and route feedback

• Create workback schedules and manage day-to-day communication with external agencies and internal creative partners in the development of promos, key art, digital displays etc

• Create workflow and process improvements, including providing feedback on content management systems and programming/publishing tools

• Develop digital marketing strategy and Digital Marketing Calendar, updating as priorities shift, and communicate updates to stakeholders

• Create internal development documentation and best-practices for the digital landscape

• Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and Marketing strategies

• Lightweight copywriting for some marketing promotions

• Manage approvals across stakeholders: Editorial, PMM, Business Development, clearances, etc.)

• Monitor and report on campaign performance and advocate for improvements or optimizations

• Strong communication skills global counterparts internally and externally and ability to advocate for needs to leadership


Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, digital asset management, creative operations, digital production, or media

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Exposure to media planning or production, agency experience, or experience in high-volume asset management

• Experience with content management systems and publishing/programming tooling

• Strong understanding of digital/social media landscape

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

• Excellent planning, organizational, execution, and time management skills with an ability to meet all deadlines

• Working experience using Adobe Photoshop, Content Management Systems, and HTML

• Strong communication and collaboration skills


Preferred Qualifications

• Well versed in the current Entertainment landscape, and consumer trends

• Experience developing digital strategies, resources and collateral for Media (bonus if in VR or Media space)

Hands-on experience with campaign data analysis and insights, including social and website/app data
