Insight Global is looking for a TPM to join one of the world's leading technology companies. This part of the Reality Labs organization which brings people around the world together through next generation Augmented, Mixed, and Virtual Reality. The Program Manager's primary focus is to improve Developer Platform’s response to compliance and regulatory requests (external and internal), increasing quality, consistency, and speed. The Program Manager designs defined processes that can be executed to regularly conduct this work at scale. PM manages building of the knowledge centered support process and repository for all regulatory responses originating from the Developer Platform team. PM is expected to create structures for new programs and effectively manage interdependencies at intra-org or portfolio level. Expectation for PM is to drive conversations and partners with XFN team in defining/creating the vision or strategic direction impacting multiple programs.
While technical subject depth in Developer Platform is not required, essential competencies include understanding and creating benchmarks of the regulatory and compliance framework. This would help the development teams and XFN partners understand and better support the regulatory and compliance asks that require the Developer Platform team’s efforts.
Program Manager Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate program statuses, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Work cross-functionally to develop best practices in a changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time deliver.
- Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including specifications and test plans.
- Plan and execute a tiered migration strategy affecting multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure program documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review.
- Manage complex business problems in terms of people, processes, and technology to enable Developer Platform priorities and deliver best-in-class partner experience.
- Develop schedules, identify critical paths and bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of partner programs.
- Manage communication within and between business leaders representing across business and technology groups.
- With Engineering and Business partners, plan scope and feature set of programs.
