1. Responsible for dissemination and exposure of Pico content videos, including but not limited to content marketing plans, entertainment marketing plans, and market activity plans.

2. Lead and manage the high-performing regional marketing team to achieve the business goals associated with corporate marketing and business strategy.

3. Collaborate with other cross-functional teams and allocate resources to define the overall marketing growth strategy for our products in the region.

4. Provide inputs to growth, product marketing and branding strategy with deep knowledge of market insights and industry trends.

5. Improve brand awareness through node marketing, brand cooperation, channel cooperation, etc., formulate annual and quarterly communication strategies.

6. Develop the regional marketing team and optimize the best collaboration and communication mechanisms across teams.

7. Develop the strategy for categories in each region and tap into these cultural pillars to grow the community.

8. Develop project creative cases, expand the influence of project through various communication methods including but not limited to hot spots, media cooperation, KOL placement, online activities, short videos, etc.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with minimum 5 years experience in a marketing or consulting role in fast-paced tech, entertainment companies or big consulting firms/agencies.

2. Able to allocate resources in the most efficient way and get things done under time pressure with high attention to detail.

3. Strong knowledge regarding integrated marketing means, video content marketing methods and media channels. Ability to conduct marketing planning based on hot spots / events / nodes on Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and other platforms. Deep insights into entertainment marketing, community/social product preferred.

4. Proven track record of operating independently, and managing multiple projects simultaneously (strong project management skills)

5. Excellent communication skills, proven leadership, team management and managerial ability.
