VIVEPORT is a global VR content distribution platform operating in more than 70 countries around the world. We support the full range of PC VR headsets, including Quest via Link, as well as standalone devices like the VIVE Flow. VIVEPORT also runs the first VR subscription service, VIVEPORT Infinity. Since Infinity’s launch in 2019, it has featured hundreds of premium VR games and apps.
The VIVEPORT team is looking for a Senior Content Partnerships Manager to help grow our ecosystem of games and apps across a variety of XR platforms. You will be on the forefront of the XR industry, helping game developers and partners ship the best content into our ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing
- Scout out the next VR hits.
- Identify and onboard new partners across PC and Mobile VR platforms.
- Build and establish long-standing relationships with partners worldwide, from long-established studios to indie developers.
- Evaluate content funding opportunities across all gaming genres to grow and shape our global content strategy.
- Structure and negotiate deals, and help partners navigate through our legal agreements.
- Manage and guide partners throughout their development cycle from concept to launch and beyond through ongoing game updates.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams, including: Developer Relations, Legal, QA, Store Curation, Product, Marketing and PR.
- Influence our future product roadmap and platform development from both the user and developer’s perspective.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)
- 6+ years of professional experience with games and/or gaming-focused technologies.
- Strong technical competence and understanding of game development pipelines and core XR technologies, or tech-curious and eager to learn.
- Demonstrated partner outreach and engagement experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships.
- Strategic thinker experienced with negotiating deals and structuring partnership agreements.
- Organized self-starter with proven project management skills and experience in managing milestones, schedules and tracked tasks.
- Extraordinary leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to act with urgency to drive results in a fast-paced organization.
- Keen interest and passion for XR technologies and games.
- Passionate advocate and confident public speaker with a demonstrated speaking experience at industry events and gaming meetups.
- Familiarity with the emerging XR ecosystem and an existing network of game developers a serious plus.
Other relevant information
- Remote in the US, the UK or Ireland.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (post COVID-19) to industry events in the US and Europe, and to our HQ in Taiwan.
