Summary of Essential Job Duties
- Maintain Aged Receivables
- File/Maintain Claims on Customer Portals and Spreadsheets
- Contact Customers by phone/email to collect outstanding debt
- Assure timely collections of open account balances
- Research and resolve account discrepancies
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - (intermediate Excel skills preferred)
- Previous business to business collections experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation and decision making skills; critical thinker by nature with great attention to detail
- Some experience with Accounts Receivable and accounting software preferred

Pay: $20.00 per hour
