Who we are
The Global Brand Experience Studio is a future-forward, multidisciplinary creative group exploring new frontiers in consumer engagement and storytelling across physical & virtual platforms. From crafting immersive environments at Brand destinations like House of Innovation to pushing the future landscape of Virtual Experiences through emerging platforms like NIKELAND on Roblox. We use technology and disruptive concepts to innovate and capture people's imagination in new ways, while pushing experiential storytelling to new levels and new channels to create Nike only Experiences.

IMMERSIVE ART DIRECTION
The Immersive Art Director for the Nike Global Brand Experience – Innovation Studio is a visionary, using innovative applications of emerging technology to create immersive storytelling, engagement and interaction through experiences. You are multi-hyphenate creative with a portfolio of work showcasing a deep experience and knowledge of immersive technology in the areas of XR (VR, AR, MR) and Gaming.
Ability to work across several teams such as Art Direction, Motion Design, UX/UI and Game Design with ease. You are able to ideate and collaborate with a cross-functional creative team to develop and frame creative concepts. You will translate these cutting edge concepts into designs for use across physical & virtual experiences that are visually exciting, intuitive and emotionally engaging.
You will work across multiple projects, partnering closely with the Global Brand Experience studio team and agency partners to deliver highly innovative and immersive Virtual concepts and Experiences. You will deliver holistic design concepts, stay tapped into the pulse of future digital design trends and apply this thinking to your work, expanding the possibilities of immersive storytelling and experiences. We are looking for someone who shares our drive and agility to explore the new; who is passionate and determined to create boundary-breaking experiences. Ultimately, you will help push the Global Brand Experience team into a new era of design thinking, with a vision to elevate the immersive storytelling and Experiences our studio creates.

Seeking a multi-hyphenate creative with a strong portfolio of work showcasing a deep understanding of human centered design. You have a track record of innovative use of emerging technology to create immersive storytelling, consumer engagement and interaction. You are able to work across several design subject areas such as Environmental, Graphics, Digital and Virtual with ease.
Team collaboration
The Immersive Art Director works across multiple projects, partnering closely with the Art / Design Directors and studio teams to drive visual direction and storytelling to new levels and deliver highly crafted, innovative Nike only Experiences. You are a strong collaborator able to partner closely with cross-functional creative teams to develop and frame Experience concepts. You will translate these groundbreaking concepts into designs for use across physical environments & virtual platforms that are visually exciting, intuitive and emotionally engaging.

Who you will work with
You are a collaborator and creative partner, working closely with the studio Creative Director, as well as other Art and Design Directors, Designers & Producers and will collaborate closely between cross-functional studios and teams on projects. You will also collaborate with external partners & agencies to drive creative concepts end-to-end, as well as internal functional partners across the organization.
